Who we are
This website is run by Techno Subrat, a micro enterprise registered with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-OD-11-0066493), owned by Subrat Kumar Patnaik and based in Brahmapur, Odisha, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Techno Subrat.

What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, website URL (optional), the service you are interested in (optional) and your message. The form also records your IP address, browser details and the page you sent it from, to help us block spam.
- When you use the quick audit form or message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number, website URL and email address, plus the same technical details (IP address, browser and page) for spam protection.
- When you email, call or message us: the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and the content of your message.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial or health details, and we ask that you do not send it through the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- To send you the quick audit you requested, by WhatsApp or email.
- To provide the services you hire us for, and to keep the business records the law requires.
- To protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run this website and reply to you:
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website, its database and server logs.
- Google, which provides our email inbox (Gmail), where contact form messages are delivered.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us on WhatsApp or we send your audit there. Messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
We may also disclose personal data if the law or a government authority requires it.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets essential cookies only when a site administrator logs in. See our cookie policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
